Returns & refunds

Last updated August 2026

All sales are final. Every card is photographed or shown with its official art, described honestly, and priced off real comps, so please look closely and ask anything you're unsure about before you buy. If I get an order wrong, I'll still make it right.

All sales are final

I don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If the card is exactly what was listed and you’ve simply decided you don’t want it, it can’t be sent back for a refund.

Two reasons, both honest: almost everything here is a single copy, and thin-margin singles don’t survive round-trip postage, on a $0.25 common the return costs several times the card.

Ask before you buy, not after. Message me for extra photos, a closer look at a corner, or anything the listing doesn’t answer, and I’ll happily take them.

When there's more than one copy

Plenty of cards are in stock more than once. When that happens I pick the best-looking copy in the stack for your order, so you’re never gambling on which one turns up.

Want to see them before you decide? Get in touch and I’ll send photos of the actual copies I have, or set a particular one aside for you. Asking first is always easier than sorting it out afterwards.

What I will always put right

Final sale doesn’t mean you carry my mistakes. Tell me and I’ll fix it if:

The wrong card arrived, a different card, set, number, or finish than the one you ordered.

It’s materially not as described, damage or a flaw that wasn’t disclosed and isn’t visible in the photos. Not a half-grade difference of opinion, but a crease, a bend, or edge wear I should have called out.

It was damaged in transit, bent, creased, or water-damaged in the post.

It never turned up, tracking stalls or the parcel is lost. Everything ships tracked, so there’s always a trace to open.

In those cases you get a full refund including original shipping, or a replacement if I have another copy, your choice. I’ll cover return postage if I need the card back at all, and often I won’t.

Telling me about a problem

Get in touch within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. Photos matter for transit damage, keep the packaging if you can, since a carrier claim usually needs a picture of it.

Don’t post anything back before messaging me. A parcel that arrives unannounced can’t be matched to an order.

A note on raw card condition

Raw grading is subjective, my “Near Mint” and yours may not agree, and no ungraded card is flawless. Listed condition is my honest opinion, not a certification, and a card grading a notch either way isn’t a fault.

Graded slabs are a different matter: those are described by their certification, and the cert number links straight to the grader so you can check it before buying.

How refunds are paid

When a refund is owed it goes back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks typically post it within 5–10 business days. I don’t issue store credit instead of a refund unless you’d prefer it.

Something here unclear, or a problem with an order? Get in touch. A real person (Mully) reads every message.
