Shipping
Everything ships from British Columbia, Canada, packed by hand. Here's exactly what that costs and how long it takes.
Rates
Shipping is calculated from where it’s going. When you enter your address at checkout, the real carrier rate for that destination is fetched and shown to you before you pay, so a parcel crossing the country isn’t priced the same as one going across town. There is no single flat rate.
The number you’re shown is the number you’re charged. The checkout page and the payment page ask the same calculator, so the quote can’t drift from the bill. It covers postage, tracking, insurance, and the packaging the card travels in.
Free shipping on Canadian orders over $50.00. Free stays free, a live rate never turns a free order into a charged one. The threshold is Canada-only.
Every order ships tracked; there is no cheaper untracked tier, because losing a parcel with no proof of delivery costs both of us far more than the difference.
Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars, and that’s what you’re charged.
Timing
Orders go out within two business days, usually the next mail day. Delivery then typically takes 2–5 business days within Canada and 2–6 business days to the US. Those are the carrier’s estimates, not a guarantee; weather and holidays move them.
You’ll get an email when the order is confirmed, another when it ships with your tracking number, and a last one when it’s delivered.
Packaging
Every card is sleeved, without exception. Cards worth $1.00 or more also go into a toploader and are packed rigid so they can’t bend in transit. Cards below that are sleeved and sealed in a team bag so they can’t shift against each other.
Higher-value cards and graded slabs travel in a bubble mailer. Whatever the value, the card leaves here packed so it can’t bend.
Customs and duties (US orders)
Parcels to the US are declared honestly as trading cards at their sale value. Any duties, taxes, or customs handling fees charged on arrival are the buyer’s responsibility. I have no way to pay or predict them.
Lost or damaged mail
If tracking stalls or a card arrives damaged, contact me. Every order ships tracked and insured, so there’s always a trace to open and a claim to make. I’ll chase it and make it right.
Sales are otherwise final, no change-of-mind returns. The returns policy spells out what still gets put right and how to report it.
