Terms

The short version: I sell real cards, described honestly, at the price shown. Here's the rest in plain language.

Who you're buying from

Mully’s Cards is a sole-proprietor trading card shop operating from British Columbia, Canada. Orders are fulfilled by one person, by hand.

Prices and stock

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Stock is live: adding a card to your cart doesn’t reserve it, and starting checkout holds it for 15 minutes. If a hold expires, the card goes back on the shelf.

Prices track real market comps and can change at any time before you check out. If an obvious pricing error slips through, say a $200 card listed at $2, I may cancel and refund the order rather than ship it, and I’ll tell you why.

Orders start at $5.00 of cards, before shipping. Postage and the payment fee are close to fixed per parcel, so a smaller order costs more to send than it makes.

All sales are final

I don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If an order is wrong, not as described, damaged in transit, or never arrives, I put it right, the returns policy sets out exactly what that covers and how to tell me.

Condition and authenticity

Every card is genuine. Raw cards are graded by eye and described in good faith; the grade is my opinion, not a certification. Graded slabs are described by their certification, and the cert number links to the grader so you can verify it yourself.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Guest checkout is always available if you’d rather not have an account. I can close an account that’s being used for fraud or abuse.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. An order is confirmed when Stripe confirms the payment, not when the checkout page loads.

Limits

If something goes wrong with an order, my responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid for it, including shipping where the fault is mine. Cards are collectibles, their future value is nobody’s promise, mine included.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
